Cutting LCD workshop
Precision glass cutting is a critical foundation for LCD screen dimensional accuracy and structural reliability.
In this workshop, large-format LCD glass substrates are processed using high-precision automated cutting systems. Cutting tolerances are strictly controlled to ensure consistent dimensions across every unit. All cut edges are clean, smooth, and free from chipping, micro-cracks, or hidden stress points that could affect downstream processes.
Polarizing film bonding
Polarizer lamination is a critical process that directly impacts display uniformity, optical performance, and long-term stability.
In this workshop, polarizer films are laminated onto LCD glass using precision-controlled lamination equipment. The process is conducted in a clean and stable environment to ensure accurate alignment, uniform pressure distribution, and consistent bonding quality across the entire display surface.
CFOG
CFOG bonding is a key process that determines signal stability, electrical reliability, and long-term display performance.
In this workshop, COF (Chip on Film) assemblies are precisely bonded to LCD glass substrates using high-accuracy bonding equipment. The process ensures accurate alignment between the driver IC, flexible film, and glass electrodes, maintaining stable electrical connections across the entire interface.
Fitting
Display lamination is a critical process that directly affects visual quality, structural integrity, and long-term reliability of the display module.
In this workshop, LCD panels are laminated using precision-controlled lamination systems to ensure accurate alignment and uniform bonding across the entire display surface. The process is performed under controlled environmental conditions to minimize dust contamination and ensure stable bonding quality.
Backlight bonding
Backlight lamination is a critical process that directly affects brightness uniformity, light efficiency, and structural stability of the display module.
In this workshop, backlight units are precisely assembled and laminated to LCD panels using controlled lamination systems. Accurate positioning and uniform bonding are ensured to maintain consistent light distribution across the entire display area.
Testing and Packing
Testing and packaging represent the final quality control and delivery readiness stage before shipment.
Before packaging, each display module undergoes functional and visual inspection to verify display performance, signal stability, and overall appearance. Only products that meet defined quality standards proceed to the packaging stage.
Storehouse
Our warehouse operations are designed to support stable inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and product traceability.
Finished products and key materials are stored under organized and controlled conditions, with clear model identification and batch separation. This ensures accurate inventory management and prevents mixing between different specifications or production batches.
